Game Changer Training and Fitness is dedicated to your health and fitness goals, so if you want to get in shape or improve your fitness or strength, Game Changer Training and Fitness can help you.

Packages as follows:

Platinum: $45.00 per week = unlimited classes per week.

Gold: $35.00 per week = 3 classes per week.

Silver: $25.00 per week = 2 classes per week.

Bronze: $15 per week = 1 class per week. 

A $5.00 weekly discount applies to above General Class fees for a third (or more) family member in training (i.e. first two members full price, additional members $5:00 off per person per week).  

 

Prices subject to change (30 days notice of any changes will be provided). 

 

All new clients must complete a free consultation before commencing training. All new clients receive a one week free trial for their first week of training.

I am running two Active Parramatta Classes commencing on Tue nights 5:45 - 6:45 pm at Dundas Community Centre, and Fri mornings 6:15 - 7:00 am at Don Moore Reserve. These classes are aimed at Parramatta Residents and require an online booking each term with Parra Council at this link:

Game Changer Training and Fitness was established in Sep 2016 with group outdoor classes commencing at North Rocks Park. Game Changer was developed by Keith Lawton who has over 20 years experience in the Defence Force. Keith has a strong Martial Arts and Military Physical Training background but has adapted this to a variety of classes tailored to suit all levels from those completely new to exercise through to those who want to be pushed to new limits. Keith has completed additional courses in the following areas / equipment:

-       Battle Ropes Certification.

-       Boxing Fitness Certification.

-       Progressive Calisthenics Certification.

 

 

-       Game Changer Training and Fitness is fully insured, the business is registered with Fitness Australia and Keith has a council approved permit to conduct training.

-       Generally training is outdoors however during wet weather there is an undercover training area available.

-       Keith is also active in the local community and is a sponsor of North Rocks Soccer Club and Carlingford Netball Club.

-       Keith also ran a very successful pre-season conditioning programme for Carlingford Netball Club early this year.
